Never Enough Time

Do you sometimes feel like you have so much to do, and you're not sure how you will possibly get it all done? Maybe I need to be better organized, but sometimes you just can't plan for things like feeling icky. I had high hopes of working on and even finishing a few paintings this weekend, but my stomach and sinuses had other plans. (Not sure how I got so lucky as to have both!)

Oh well, it was a self-imposed deadline anyway....just wanted to get a few things up on my website for the 15th. And maybe I'll rally and get some things done by then.

~*~*~*~*~

In the meantime, I recommend a new blog to help chase away the ickies. Lana has started a "Simple Joys" blog with posts of inspirational poems, prose, quotes and Lana's beautiful photography.

And Lana has some gorgeous new Love Token charms just in time for Valentine's Day......HERE

p.s. To all I've sent packages/purchases to this week, my sincerest apologies if you come down with something! I really hope you can't catch something via mail...surely any germs would be gone by the time it arrived. Well, at least you know who to blame!

So sorry you have been under the weather Suzanne...We've had the flu in this house..it's been awful.

I love the picture of your drawing with the brushes in the case and paints in the background..that's beautiful Suzanne. It says so much about you! And to me....you look very organized.

Have a wonderful day and feel better soon.

Hugs,
Doreen

Hope you're feeling better! Just love the framed couple and little girl pics? Are they yours or antiques? And I love the sneak peek at what you are working on - lovely - can't wait to see how they turn out.
Blessings, Patti

Hope you feel better Suzanne...being under the weather really stinks, especially for creative folks I think because you really cannot "force" yourself to be creative. I paint my best when I'm in a good mood and feeling well.

Ruth

Ps...the work you are showing is pretty as always...

Thanks Doreen, Patti and Ruth....I think it may have been a 24 hour thing, I'm feeling better today.
Patti, the drawings and paintings in the photo are things I'm working on. I've finished the silhouettes, they are on my website and Etsy now and the girl with the red dress is almost finished. I can't decide if I want to paint her frame or leave it the way it is, just stained.

Feel better soon Suzanne!
All of your paintings are beautiful and so early looking!
I would try to buy the girl in the red dress, but I'm sure someone will snatch her up before I get a chance to do so as soon as she becomes available!
Thank you so much for the mention of my new jewelry and blog.
